To establish the standards, criteria and provisions for the approval or denial of approval of an application for a permit to move any building onto a lot or land within New London Township.
Text Box: ACCESS DRIVEWAY PERMIT

No work shall be done on the road right of way until an entrance permit is approved.

A fee of $100.00 must accompany all applications for a Land Use Permit. Applications are available by contacting the Township Clerk or Supervisors. They may also be viewed and printed with the PDF links below.

 

The current fee for the Driveway Access Permit is $20.00. Materials (culvert, bands, or skirting) when purchased through the Kandiyohi County Highway Dept. require authorization from New London Township. The Township does not pay for driveway culverts. It is the responsibility of the individual or his contractor to pay for the materials at the time they are picked up. More information is located on the permit application.
